White Mountain Puzzles — Revenue

Researched profile. The figures here are modelled by us from public information, published with the sources they were drawn from. How we research.

Revenue

The badge history makes the year visible. November doubles October, December passes $1.5M, January falls 65% — and for the rest of the year the catalogue moves between roughly $250,000 and $570,000 a month. Of each month about a third is kept, before returns and overhead — and on a cost of goods nobody has quoted.

Which Amazon marketplaces it sells in

One marketplace carries all of it. The seller account reaches Canada, but nothing listed there sells enough to count.

Shares of the latest month’s Amazon revenue, from Amazon’s sold badges on each marketplace. A listing under roughly 50 sales a month shows no badge, so a small Canadian trade would not appear here.

No listing is more than 3% of the month. The ten best sellers are 18% of revenue and the top fifty 49%; the rest is a tail of puzzles each selling a few hundred a month or fewer.

“Sold / mo” is Amazon’s own badge, which is a band — hence n+. Revenue is that band times today’s buy box, so every row is a floor. 281 more priced listings carry no badge, each under roughly 50 a month, and count as zero.

Revenue is a floor and profit is a ceiling — and the cost of goods under that profit is a placeholder, not a quote. Margin breakdown says which line.
