Researched profile. The figures here are modelled by us from public information, published with the sources they were drawn from. How we research.
Almost nothing here is bought. They defend their own name on Amazon and advertise nothing else, and the catalogue grows by adding puzzles rather than by promoting them.
On two generic searches — “1000 piece jigsaw puzzle” and “jigsaw puzzles for adults” — none of the 24 sponsored slots was theirs. On their own brand name, three of twelve were. That is brand defence without acquisition: the demand arrives already looking for White Mountain.
What they do instead is list. 184 of the 501 listings went up in 2025 or 2026, and ten of today’s fifteen best sellers were listed in October 2024 or later. A catalogue on Amazon since 2011 is being carried by its newest titles.
Off Amazon the engine is older than the internet: a wholesale book with a one-case minimum of twelve puzzles mixed across more than 350 titles, a spinner-rack programme for shops, and trade shows from Atlanta to Dallas. None of it is public as a number.
What the public record cannot say is how big the other two channels are. A company with thousands of retail accounts and its own store may sell more off Amazon than on it — or far less.
