A workshop business founded in 2020, on national television in 2024, and on Amazon US through three seller accounts that appeared one after another.

• 2020 — Brand: Founded in Hanoi by Đồng Đức Thành and Lê Trung Anh By their own account, when both were expecting their first children. Two workshops of 2,300 m² today, self-reported, and 100–199 staff on an employer listing.
• 7 Nov 2023 — Web: kalotoys.com registered The Shopify store now lists 175 products at a median $12.99, and prints a Vernon Hills, Illinois address and a Garland, Texas fulfilment address.
• 18 Nov 2023 — Brand: A top-10 Etsy seller by orders, by their own account Not checked: the Etsy shop refused a direct fetch. The founders call Etsy their primary channel and put 2023 at 40% website, 60% marketplaces.
• 6 Aug 2024 — Brand: Shark Tank Vietnam airs: $1M asked for 10% The first $1M deal of season 7, on VTV. On air the founders gave 2023 revenue of 95 billion VND and profit of 9.6 billion VND — company-wide, self-reported and unaudited — and the cost shares the margin on this page is built from.
• 13 Aug 2024 — Brand: The deal is signed, and the “school of small fish” explained Shark Bình and Shark Minh Beta sign $1M for 10%, disbursement conditional; whether it was paid is not public. The CEO says the US business runs many small unnamed brands, after competitors interfered with them.
• 4 Oct 2024 — Web: kalokid.com registered A second storefront carrying the same Illinois and Texas addresses. Its 15 products were all created on 22 July 2026.
• 23 Nov 2024 — Amazon: The first KALOTOYS listing with a believable date A busy board, B0DNVSDMM4. One listing reads 2022 in Keepa, which is impossible for its ASIN, and is ignored.
• 2 Dec 2024 — Amazon: The Giftora account, trading as “Kalotoys”, is first tracked A Worcester, Massachusetts entity, by Keepa’s first-tracked date, which trails an account’s real opening. Tied to KaloToys by its seller name and listings — an inference, not a document.
• 4 Mar 2025 — Amazon: The first sold badge anywhere in the catalogue Amazon prints “bought in past month” from roughly 50 sales a month. The series on this page starts the month after.
• 29 Jul 2025 — Brand: The first public customs record SNAP ECOM JSC — at the same Hanoi street address as Kalo Joint Stock Company — ships busy boards, signs and décor from Hai Phong to KALO KIDS CORPORATION in Illinois. Five bills of lading to June 2026 are visible.
• 31 Dec 2025 — Amazon: $140,330 — the Christmas month 4.4 times the January that followed. Ordinary for toys, and not the year’s high.
• 16 Feb 2026 — Amazon: KALO KIDS CORPORATION is first tracked The account behind the brand store’s landing listing, at the Vernon Hills address kalotoys.com prints.
• 18 Mar 2026 — Amazon: Four personalised name puzzles go up on Giftora All four at $34.96. Six months later they are 51% of September’s brand revenue.
• 10 Jun 2026 — Amazon: KALOTOYS GROUP is first tracked Sachse, Texas, a few miles from the Garland fulfilment address, with no FBA. It holds the buy box on every badged listing probed outside the other two storefronts. Tied to KaloToys by name, listings and geography — an inference, not a document.
• 31 Aug 2026 — Amazon: $181,557 — back to school beats Christmas Personalised first-day-of-school signs and 176 new listings in three months, most of them outside the original storefront. The best month on record.
