How a Puzzles Brand From Hanoi Does $49.4K/Month In Profit

Their own name is on none of the seller accounts — three US storefronts sell the catalogue — and four name puzzles they listed in March 2026 are now over half of a month's Amazon revenue.

KALOTOYS is estimated to make $156,692 per month in revenue, on roughly $49,358 of monthly profit — a margin of about 32%. It operates in Amazon FBA, Etsy, Montessori toys, Personalized gifts, Private Label, Shopify, Consumers, One-off product.

KaloToys is a Hanoi company that makes wooden Montessori toys and personalised baby gifts in its own workshops. On Amazon US it sells under the KALOTOYS brand through three American seller accounts, none of which carries the company’s name.

Name puzzles, busy boards and school signs

Three product families carry the Amazon catalogue: personalised wooden name puzzles, made to order with a child’s name cut from plywood; Montessori busy boards of latches, zips and gears; and, since June 2026, personalised first-day-of-school signs. Around them sit nursery name signs, Halloween sign kits, ornaments and baby baskets — 370 listings in all, 176 of them added between June and August 2026.

The brand is not the company. The founders told Shark Tank Vietnam in 2024 that in the US they run “a school of small fish”: many small brands they would not name. Everything on this page is the KALOTOYS brand on Amazon US, found across all three seller accounts and counted once — not the company’s Amazon business, and not the company.
