Read Sep 2026. Figures here are a reading taken then, not a live feed.
Brand defence, and a toe in one generic niche. Nobody publishes the bill, so the figure below is the founders’ share; the counted lines are what a US search showed.
On the two generic busy-board searches, none of 24 sponsored slots was theirs: the product the storefront leads with buys no generic demand. On “personalized name puzzle for toddlers” they held one sponsored slot, at position 2, beside four organic results in the top ten. The sharpest finding is on their own name — a Sponsored Brands banner and 5 of 12 Sponsored Products slots are theirs, and the other 7 are competitors buying the KALOTOYS search.
A first read delivered to Israel and showed no KALOTOYS ads anywhere, their own name included. Amazon serves sponsored placements by delivery address, so it was discarded and redone for New York.
- Amazon Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands: ≈ 16.5% of revenue — counted: 0 of 24 slots on two busy-board searches · 1 of 12 on “personalized name puzzle for toddlers” · 5 of 12 and a brand banner on “kalotoys” · 2 of 12 on “kalotoys busy board” — New York delivery, 15 Sep 2026 Derived on a self-reported basis, not observed: the founders’ 30–33% company-wide marketing share less the 15% referral fee inside it. The footprint looks lighter than that — defence and one niche — but a footprint is not a spend, so it neither confirms nor contradicts the level.
- Competitors on their name: 7 of 12 — counted: Sponsored slots on the search “kalotoys” held by other brands, among them Joyreal and Potatomato Rivals pay to appear when a shopper types this brand. The name has search demand worth taking, and they do not hold all of it.
- Meta and Google: Not checked The Meta Ad Library and paid-search history were not read. Absent here means unexamined, not zero — and the founders’ marketing share covers every channel, not Amazon alone.
