• 1998 — Brand: Wet Noses is founded By Jasmine Galligan, by the company’s own account. Not checked.
• 24 Aug 2001 — Web: wet-noses.com registered From the domain record. The first archived capture of the site follows eleven months later.
• 20 Jul 2002 — Web: The Wayback Machine’s first capture of the site
• 14 Dec 2011 — Amazon: The oldest listing still live: the 5 lb Peanut Butter & Banana box Fifteen years on it is the best-selling listing in the catalogue.
• 6 Feb 2020 — Brand: Recapitalised by VisioCap and Beach Point Capital Cascadia Capital advised, and described a maker of branded and private-label treats under Wet Noses, Doggy Delirious and Best Homies, in an 80,000 sq ft SQF Level III facility. No deal value was published.
• 18 Nov 2021 — Web: The oldest product record in their Shopify store
• 16 Feb 2023 — Brand: Beach Point Capital takes a controlling stake Its Tactical Fund, on terms nobody published. The founder returns as chief executive, and the money is for manufacturing capacity, including private-label contract manufacturing. From deal press.
• 30 Sep 2023 — Amazon: Amazon’s badge history begins — with resellers in the buy box NaturVet’s seller account holds it on most of the listings that sell, and Petco’s on three. Sales on these listings from here to October 2025 are the brand’s, not Wet Noses’ own revenue, which is why the chart does not start here.
• 1 Apr 2024 — Brand: Pet Food Experts becomes the exclusive US distributor To independent pet retailers, announced by the distributor.
• 13 May 2025 — Amazon: MODA Works takes over the buy box A Florida multi-brand pet reseller, first on the 5 lb box and within eight days on most of the listings that sell. It holds them through October.
• 8 Nov 2025 — Amazon: Wet Noses’ own seller account appears, and starts winning its listings Keepa first tracks the account that day, and it wins its first buy box the same day. Nothing public announced the change or says why it happened: it is read from the buy-box record, listing by listing, through to February 2026.
• 30 Nov 2025 — Amazon: $11,995 — the handover month, and the weakest of the series Less than half of October’s total on the same listings, while the buy box changed hands.
• 6 Apr 2026 — Amazon: Purrks cat treats and Soft Baked dog treats listed Six listings in a day. None of them carries a sold badge by September.
• 30 Jun 2026 — Amazon: $30,640 — the best month Not a holiday month. Across the whole badge history these listings show no December peak; dog treats are bought all year.
• 15 Sep 2026 — Amazon: Their own account wins 82% of the buy box Weighted by revenue, over the 90 days to this read. MODA Works still wins 6.5%.
