Growth

There is no growth to report. The brand is shrinking, and this read cannot say why.

Every month of 2026 so far sold less than the same month of 2025. January to August came to $331,800, against $485,914 a year earlier, down 32%. The twelve months to August 2026 were down 20% on the twelve before. The decline is not only this year: each December was smaller than the last.

Part of the older decline is a pruned catalogue. By October 2024, 21 listings had stopped selling for good: a 34oz decanter, a cold brew coffee maker, 51st, 61st and 81st birthday glasses, and boss and husband gift sets. What is left is the year-dated glasses, the joke glasses, the decanters and the bar kit. New listings are the same idea at new ages: a 21st-birthday pint glass in September 2025, and 21st-birthday shot glasses in April 2026.

The 2026 drop lines up with the seller handoff. May 2026, the lowest month in the series, came when both accounts held buy boxes. It also lines up with changing China tariffs, and with whatever gift demand did. A handoff can cost sales through lost buy boxes, stock stranded in one account, or a new account’s limits. None of that is visible from outside.

Whether 2026 is a transition or a trend is the open question. June 2026, the first month fully under the new account, was the best month of 2026. July and August fell back.
