Researched profile. The figures here are modelled by us from public information, published with the sources they were drawn from. How we research.
Read Sep 2026. Figures here are a reading taken then, not a live feed.
The measured dates are close together and they are all recent. The company was incorporated in Delaware on 1 August 2025 and nothing about the brand exists anywhere before that — no entity, no domain, no filing, no account, no post. The domain followed in October 2025, the trademark application in December, the Amazon listings in March 2026, the first badged sales in April, and the brand’s own store on 1 May. Nobody at Highmark Collective has spoken to us, and every date here is read from a registry, a registrar or a marketplace rather than told to us.
No individual is named anywhere public. Delaware’s free record lists no officers, the trademark filing names no attorney and no signatory, and the About page is signed by the team. The operating address is the same on two independent sources — the trademark filing and the store’s own contact page — and it is a residential street in Palmetto Bay rather than one of the agent-mill addresses that usually turn up here, which is a small point in their favour and not proof of anything. The registered agent in Dover is exactly the kind of service that tells you nothing about where a business actually is.
Three of the eight listings name Yiwu Jiacheng Arts & Crafts Co.,Ltd as the manufacturer of record — the three baptism ASINs, which are the business — and a fourth names “Christian Gifts Collection”. A Zhejiang crafts exporter in a listing attribute is evidence of contract sourcing left in the data, not evidence of who owns the company: the seller entity, the Florida address and the business name all read as a US operator, and the same query run against that manufacturer name on Amazon US returns these three listings and nothing else. It is also the reason the catalogue has to be assembled from several queries at once — searching by brand returns eight listings and searching by manufacturer returns four, and picking the wrong field loses the product line that carries the business.
The trademark is the one piece of IP paperwork there is, and it is gone. The application was filed on 29 December 2025 on an intent-to-use basis covering paper notebooks and blank journals only, through a low-cost self-serve filing service with no attorney of record; the examiner issued an office action on 29 April 2026, nobody answered, and it was abandoned on 30 July. The brand has no registered mark today, and nothing was ever filed covering the baptism keepsakes that are two thirds of its revenue.
One name collision is worth recording rather than dismissing: a HIGHMARK COLLECTIVE LLC was formed in Tampa on 3 September 2026 by a different person, in a different structure, thirteen months after the Delaware corporation. Nothing links it to this brand and nothing rules it out. Highmark the Pittsburgh health insurer, which dominates every search for the name, is unrelated.
